For our sharpening system, we produce 4 types of solid-milled clamps that differ in geometry of the seat recess for knife installation.
All clamps have the same length — 105 mm, and width — 18 mm.
The clamps are made of D16T aluminum alloy and coated with hard anodizing.

It has a straight cutout with a width of 6 mm and is designed for clamping thicker knives with a thickness of up to 6 mm, as well as for thinner knives with different geometries of bevels.
For example, when clamping the same sirloin knife with bevels, this clamp, when compressed, forms a natural shape of undercuts and in some cases can clamp knives with bevels better than clamp № 2.
