Policy on Personal Data Processing according to Russian Law
This Personal Data Processing Policy is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Law on Personal Data) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by Individual Entrepreneur Putrin Mikhail Sergeevich (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.1. The Operator sets as its primary goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing their personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.

Operator - a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual who independently or jointly with other persons organizes and/or performs personal data processing, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.

Personal data permitted for distribution by the personal data subject - personal data to which access is granted by the personal data subject to an unlimited circle of persons by giving consent to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution in accordance with the Personal Data Law (hereinafter referred to as personal data permitted for distribution).

3.1. The Operator has the right:
— to receive from the personal data subject reliable information and/or documents containing personal data;
— in case of revocation of consent to the processing of personal data by the personal data subject, as well as in case of a request to stop processing personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in the Personal Data Law;
— to independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of obligations provided for by the Personal Data Law and regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, unless otherwise provided for by the Personal Data Law or other federal laws.
3.2. The Operator is obliged:
— to provide the personal data subject with information about the processing of their personal data upon request;
— to organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
— to respond to requests and inquiries from personal data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Law;
— to notify the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights of the necessary information within 10 days from the date of receipt of such a request;
— to publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to this Policy regarding the processing of personal data;
— to take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data;
— to stop the transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data, stop processing, and destroy personal data in the manner and cases provided for by the Personal Data Law;
— to fulfill other obligations provided for by the Personal Data Law.

3.2. The Operator is obliged:
— to provide the personal data subject with information about the processing of their personal data upon request;
— to organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
— to respond to requests and inquiries from personal data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Law;
— to notify the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights of the necessary information within 10 days from the date of receipt of such a request;
— to publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to this Policy regarding the processing of personal data;
— to take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data;
— to stop the transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data, stop processing, and destroy personal data in the manner and cases provided for by the Personal Data Law;
— to fulfill other obligations provided for by the Personal Data Law.
4.1. Personal data subjects have the right:
— to receive information about the processing of their personal data, except in cases provided for by federal laws. The information is provided to the personal data subject by the Operator in an accessible form, and it should not contain personal data related to other personal data subjects, except in cases where there are legal grounds for disclosing such personal data. The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it are established by the Personal Data Law;
— to demand from the Operator the clarification of their personal data, blocking or destruction in case the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the declared purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided for by law to protect their rights;
— to set a condition of prior consent when processing personal data for the purpose of promoting goods, works, and services on the market;
— to revoke consent to the processing of personal data, as well as to direct a request to stop processing personal data;
— to appeal to the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights or in court against the Operator's unlawful actions or inaction when processing their personal data;
— to exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged:
— to provide the Operator with reliable data about themselves;
— to notify the Operator about the clarification (update, change) of their personal data.
4.3. Persons who have provided the Operator with inaccurate information about themselves or information about another personal data subject without the latter's consent shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
— to receive information about the processing of their personal data, except in cases provided for by federal laws. The information is provided to the personal data subject by the Operator in an accessible form, and it should not contain personal data related to other personal data subjects, except in cases where there are legal grounds for disclosing such personal data. — to appeal to the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights or in court against the Operator's unlawful actions or inaction when processing their personal data;
— to exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged:
— to provide the Operator with reliable data about themselves;
— to notify the Operator about the clarification (update, change) of their personal data.
4.3. Persons who have provided the Operator with inaccurate information about themselves or information about another personal data subject without the latter's consent shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.1. The processing of personal data is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.
5.2. The processing of personal data is limited to achieving specific, predetermined, and lawful purposes. The processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purposes of collecting personal data is not allowed.
5.3. The combination of databases containing personal data, which are processed for incompatible purposes, is not allowed.
5.4. Only personal data that meet the purposes of their processing are subject to processing.
5.5. The content and volume of processed personal data correspond to the declared purposes of processing. The excessiveness of processed personal data in relation to the declared purposes of their processing is not allowed.
5.6. When processing personal data, the accuracy, sufficiency, and, if necessary, relevance of personal data are ensured in relation to the purposes of processing personal data. The Operator takes necessary measures and/or ensures their implementation to remove or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data.
5.7. The storage of personal data is carried out in a form that allows identifying the personal data subject, for no longer than is required by the purposes of processing personal data, unless the storage period of personal data is established by federal law, contract, or agreement, where the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor. Processed personal data are destroyed or anonymized upon achieving the purposes of processing or in case of losing the need to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided for by federal law.
5.2. The processing of personal data is limited to achieving specific, predetermined, and lawful purposes. The processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purposes of collecting personal data is not allowed.
5.3. The combination of databases containing personal data, which are processed for incompatible purposes, is not allowed.
5.4. Only personal data that meet the purposes of their processing are subject to processing.
5.5. The content and volume of processed personal data correspond to the declared purposes of processing. The excessiveness of processed personal data in relation to the declared purposes of their processing is not allowed.
5.6. When processing personal data, the accuracy, sufficiency, and, if necessary, relevance of personal data are ensured in relation to the purposes of processing personal data. The Operator takes necessary measures and/or ensures their implementation to remove or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data.
5.7. The storage of personal data is carried out in a form that allows identifying the personal data subject, for no longer than is required by the purposes of processing personal data, unless the storage period of personal data is established by federal law, contract, or agreement, where the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor. Processed personal data are destroyed or anonymized upon achieving the purposes of processing or in case of losing the need to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided for by federal law.

7.1. The processing of personal data is carried out with the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data.
7.2. The processing of personal data is necessary to achieve the goals set forth in an international treaty of the Russian Federation or a law, to exercise the functions, powers, and duties assigned to the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3. The processing of personal data is necessary for the administration of justice, the execution of a court ruling, an act of another body or official, which must be enforced in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on enforcement proceedings.
7.4. The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract, where the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor, as well as for the conclusion of a contract at the initiative of the personal data subject or a contract where the personal data subject will be a beneficiary or guarantor.
7.5. The processing of personal data is necessary to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties, or to achieve socially significant goals, provided that the rights and freedoms of the personal data subject are not violated.
7.6. The processing of personal data is carried out when access to such data is granted by the personal data subject to an unlimited number of persons or at their request (hereinafter referred to as publicly available personal data).
