How to place an order on the LXP Mechanics website

1. Selecting a Product
Choose the product group that interests you (e.g., Sharpening System). A page will open with products listed along with their prices, a small photo, and several key characteristics. By clicking on the link with the product model, you can view a detailed list of characteristics and full-size photos.

2. Adding Products to the Cart
After selecting a product you like, click the "Order" button. The product will automatically be added to your cart. You can add any number of products to your cart.

3. Your Cart
To place an order, go to the "Cart" section. Review its contents. You can change the quantity of a product in your cart or remove items you no longer need.

4. Placing an Order
To complete your order, click the "Order" button and enter your contact information. After clicking the "Order" button, your order will be sent to our manager for processing, who will then call you to confirm the order details.

5. Confirming Order Details
When we receive your order, our manager will contact you to confirm the delivery location, date, and time.
You can also contact us directly to place an order by sending a message to our WhatsApp or Telegram accounts.

At the moment the delivery is carried out only on the territory of Russia. We are working on the possibility of delivery to other countries.

The transfer of ownership from the seller to the buyer of a product purchased in the "LXP Mechanics" online store occurs at the moment the payment for the product is credited to the seller’s account. From the moment the payment is credited to the seller’s account until the product is handed over to the buyer or a courier (mail) service, the product is stored at the seller’s responsible storage. The seller hands over the product to the buyer personally or, at the buyer’s request and expense, sends the product via a courier or mail service on behalf of and at the instruction of the buyer. The delivery of the product to the buyer via a postal or courier service is not within the seller’s area of responsibility. Delivery to St. Petersburg, Moscow, and Russia is carried out by any courier or postal service chosen by the buyer.

The delivery terms and cost are calculated based on SDEC’s tariffs, depending on the weight of the order and the chosen delivery region. The delivery period starts from the moment the order is handed over to SDEC. For more information on tariffs.
As soon as the order is handed over to SDEC for delivery, it is assigned a tracking number. You can find it on the order page in your personal account on our website. To track your order, enter the tracking number on the SDEC website or mobile app.
Depending on the chosen delivery method, the order will arrive at a pickup point or be delivered by a courier service. Once it arrives, you will receive an SMS notification. You need to collect your order within 14 calendar days. If you exceed this period, storage will be charged separately. The total storage period for goods at an SDEC pickup point is 1 month. After that, the order will be returned to the sender, and the order will be canceled.

According to the offer and the rules of transportation companies, the recipient must inspect the package upon receipt for any issues.

  • When receiving the order at an SDEC pickup point, weigh the package to compare the actual weight with the data on the invoice.
  • Make sure the packaging is not damaged or torn.
  • When opening the package, check that all ordered items are present (e.g., damaged goods, missing items, items not ordered, assess the appearance of the goods, and ensure there are no dents, scratches, deformations, or other defects).
This inspection must be carried out in the presence of the transportation company’s employees at the pickup point or with the courier. In case of discrepancies between the ordered and received goods, or damage, a non-conformity report must be drawn up, according to which a claim will be registered upon the courier’s return to the warehouse. Transportation companies do not accept claims about damaged or missing goods without this report.

To pay for your order with a bank card, select the "Bank Card" payment method when placing your order in our online store.

When paying with a bank card, the payment processing takes place on the bank’s authorization page, where you will need to enter the following information:

  • Card type
  • Card number
  • Card expiration date (indicated on the front side of the card)
  • Cardholder’s name (in Latin letters, exactly as indicated on the card)
  • CVC2/CVV2 code


Tips and advice on the necessary security measures for making payments using a bank card:
Treat your bank cards with the same care as you would with cash. Don’t leave them unattended in your car, restaurant, store, or anywhere else.

Security Precautions:
  • Never share your full credit card number with anyone over the phone, regardless of the person or company.
  • Always keep the emergency contact number of the bank that issued your card handy, and in case of loss or theft, contact the bank immediately.
  • Only enter your card details when making a purchase. Never provide them for any other reason.

By following these simple yet important security tips, you can protect your bank cards from unauthorized use and potential fraud.

Return of purchase

The return procedure is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law of Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights". A consumer has the right to refuse a product at any time before it is transferred, and after the product is transferred, within seven days.
Exceptions to Return
A consumer is not entitled to refuse a product of proper quality with individually defined properties if the specified product can only be used by the person acquiring it.
Conditions for Returning a Product of Proper Quality
A product of proper quality can be returned in the following cases:
  • If its consumer properties and appearance are preserved and indistinguishable from a new product. The product must not have signs of use.
  • If the original packaging and complete set are preserved, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of the purchase of the specified product.
  • If the return form is filled out and a copy of the passport is provided.

If you are returning a defective product, the delivery cost and additional expenses will be reimbursed to you. To do this, please provide the check issued to you when sending the product and the checks confirming additional expenses, using one of the following methods:
  • Send a scanned copy of the check to the email address lxpmechanics@yandex.ru
  • Attach a copy of the check to the postal shipment.
